What differentiates you from other markets?

At Kejora Store, we hand-picked the fresh tropical fruits and vegetables to our customers. To keep the farm produce's freshness, we apply special techniques to wrap and package different fruits and vegetables. A portion of our profits will be donated to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital.

How long is the shipping takes?

For our products, we use USPS 2nd day air shipment. Usually, it takes about 2-3 days to ship the products. According to the shipping policy, there is no shipping on Friday and Sunday. Products those are bought on Friday or Sunday will take one more day to ship. 

How to claim product return if the fruit/herb I receive is damaged?

If your product has arrived with damaged condition, PLEASE email me at service@kejora.us or text me at 1-310-871-3967 with picture proofs within 12 hours upon receiving. The product will be replaced ASAP, no return required. I promise to make the process hassle-free.

Why do I not receiving my package for more than three days?

If you do not receive your package in three days, it might be in two situations:

1. Your order is completed on Friday or Sunday. Don't worry, your package will expectedly arrive the next day.

2. There may be a delay in the postal office. Please contact USPS if your package is delayed. If you have any product concerns, please email me at service@kejora.us or text me at 1-310-871-3967.
